How to replace bad song files

Because there are many songs coming with the karaoke machine, we could promise 99.7% songs could be played without problem. However, it’s normal to meet a few bad songs which couldn’t play or having issues. We offer free bad songs replacement service. Once you found any bad songs, please remember the index number and let us know the version of your songbook (you could find the version information in the bottom right corner of the songbook). Then we will find and get good version of these karaoke songs for your replacement. If you know how to copy and paste, then it’s very easy for you to replace bad songs.

1.    Download good version of karaoke songs

2.    Double click it to extract the downloaded file, you will find a folder named “song”.

After download, double click it, then click “install”

After extraction, you will find a “Song” folder.

3.    Connect the player with your pc

Use the USB cable coming with the karaoke player to connect player (the second USB port marked “connect to pc”) with your pc (the USB port).

(If you didn’t find the USB cable, please contact your seller for it. You could also purchase it from your local, it’s Standard Type-A USB Cable, Male To Male)

4.    Power on the player, copy all folders in “song” folder which you extracted in the step2, paste and replace the bad song files in the hard drive of the karaoke machine.

Power on the player, wait about 2 minutes, your pc will recognize the hard drive of the machine.

Open “song” folder you extracted in the step2, you will find several folders named with two digits, copy all folders in it.

 

Open “my computer”, then open the partition labeled “ACEUME” of the hard drive of karaoke machine, right click mouse and select “paste”, it will popup dialog box “this destination already contains folders named **, do you want to merge folder”, click YES. (It will popup this message several times, please always choose this option)

Then it will popup dialog box “there is already a file with the same name in this location”, click “Copy and Replace”. (It will popup this message several times, please always choose this option)

 

 

5.    Disconnect the player with your computer, connect the player with TV. Test these songs again. Finished!
